• Payment must accompany order and copy unless credit has been established with The Pennysaver. No credit will be granted without a signed and accepted agreement.
  
• If Credit Is Extended all payments are due within 10 days of the billing date. Payments not made with in 20 days are considered past due. A 1.5% monthly service charge (18% annual rate) will be added to past due accounts on the last day of the month.
  
• Returned Checks carry a charge of $20.00 for each check and will be charged to your account.
  
• The Advertisers pay all collection costs, should their account become delinquent.

• The Pennysaver is composed of seven zones described herein. All zones are published by The Pennysaver, 901 C. First Floor Kildaire Farms Rd
  
• Rates Include all layout, design and typesetting of advertisement. Advertisers are supplied one proof if requested. Any changes or alterations other than corrections are billed on an hourly production charge basis.
  
• Display Advertising Deadline is 5:00 Thursday of the week before the paper is delivered. Deadlines are 24 hours earlier for Labor Day, Memorial day and President’s Weekend. A sales representative will notify advertisers of deadline changes. The classified ad deadline is 5:00 on Thursday of the week before the paper is delivered.
  
• Liability for Error shall not exceed cost of space occupied by the error. Errors must be reported to sales representative within first five days of publication. Credit for error allowed on first insertion only.
  
• Covers: Frequency and multi-area discounts do not apply for premium positions.
  
• Premium Positions are sold on a “first-come-first-serve” basis. The front cover & back cover include black and two colors.
  
• Frequency Discounts: 4 and 26 issues rates apply to consecutive issues only
  
• Advertiser assumes all liability for content of advertising. Under no circumstances will the publisher be responsible for any consequential damages.
  
• Publisher Reserves the Right to refuse any advertisement for publication at their option.
  
• Delivery: Verified through bi-weekly U.S. Postal Receipts.
  
• Additional Art Services are available; rates upon request.
  
• Coding: Charge is $15.00 per zone
